i was told that there is a list of 25,000 cases of child abuse involving jehovahs witnesses.. can anyone tell me who this list belongs to or where evidence of it can be found, please.
I bet they've changed the name of the file now that the buzz is out!

Like they actually do something about it...NOT!
And those are only the ones they had to put in there..probably lots more not reported!

toughest question anyone can ask, if the love of your life, and mate/wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend messed around on you, whether it be once or for years, how would you handle it and what would you do, think about it slowly and carefully.. wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.. it's said that 50 % of marriages are affected by an affair, it's probaly alot higher.. did you notice any affairs in your congregation ???.
i look back now, and think, oh yeah there was.
Well..secrets out!
Hubby did have an affair..we were married twenty out of our 45 years..High school reunion..apparently he never got to "Try out" the other love of his life..It was christmas time and I knew he didn't celebrate christmas..but he was doing a lot of "Shopping"..Turns out they had arranged a "Get together" and kept getting together..
Well I found out where she lived..went over there..found his truck..pulled it in the middle of the street..and left..
By this time he knew I knew so he knew who moved the truck..
that lasted about 2 months and she dumped him..he was still living at home..it seems she wanted to make another (Married) guy jealous..
So I took him back..forgave but never forgot!..
It got easier after a while..he never strayed again.
I am glad I forgave him..and I figured our marriage was better for it. Showed something was wrong and we worked to fix it. Plus he was curious because he never got to "Bump" her.. Since we married so young!..And her guardian was so strict...
If he had kept it up...I probably would have disolved the marriage..the pain would have been too great..
But I figured everyone deserves at least one chance..And there was a lot at stake..
Besides SHE made him do it!.. Yeah right!
But we went on and had 25 more great years after that..so I made the right decision..

edited to add...When hubby started going back to the KH..he confessed to the Elders..they had no meeting..just said since it was so long ago it was OK..

an an exjw, i'm well aware of the fact that they arrogantly think they're god's only chosen people.. my family used to be frequently visited by an elder and his family.
my family strayed from "the truth", and they would constantly come to our home and try to get us back on the "straight and narrow" path.. so, what happened to this elder and his family?
their adult daughter was accused of having sexual relations with a 13 year old boy.

may 31st, 2005. today is a sad day.. some of you may know that i pretty much breathe poetry, it is my passion.
i have a small poetic community on the ez board network.
apparently someone attacked ez board and wiped out much of their data.
That's so sad. I too am having problems ever since I downloaded Smiley Central..I must have picked up a bug somewhere.
I keep getting a microsoft error and it closes the site I am on. I can't figure out how to get rid of Smiley Central..I have tried programs..but can't find it. They even put captions (4) in my toolbar and I can't figure out how to get rid of them and the program.

my daughter lily is 3 years old.
she is now asking me all the body parts(all of them).
now i am not one to hold back so i told her what she has and what her little brother has when she asked.. so anyway..... now she sings songs about it.
Those are so cute and so funny..My kids are so old now..and I just can't remember any funnies right now..If I think of any..I will post them.

He went to the JW meetings..I came on the boards finding out how JW's were so wrong...
